This safety outlet cover helps protect your children from electrical shocks or burn injuries to fingers or hands from electrical outlets.  We sell bulk to save you money and to protect the environment from unnecessary packaging.

Sliding Door Child Safety Outlet Cover Features:
  1. Child Restraint Design: Spring-loaded sliding doors automatically keep receptacle holes covered when not in use. This gives the cover a solid appearance, concealing the black receptacle holes which are so inviting to toddlers.

  • Note: Fits only 3 prong duplex Decora electrical outlets with two 3 prong grounded receptacles in a solid oblong receptacle. Note: Decora 3 prong Care Covers will not fit a 3 prong standard or 2 prong outlet.
  • Not for use on GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) Outlets with test and reset buttons.
  • Note: Inspect electrical outlets for age deterioration or for repeated use damage, especially in kitchens and baths. Loosely fitting plugs, especially 2 prong ungrounded ones, may partially or completely slip from the receptacle when cords are slightly moved. These damaged receptacles are fire hazards.
